Were looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our high performing R&D business, able to find and hire top quality technology talent and help build our growing organization.We also offer a personal development path to HR generalist and beyond.Were a high performing team of PhDs, scientists, engineers, technicians, and business specialists innovating solutions for energy and environmental challengesWere at the forefront of clean energy technology, advancing innovations to the marketWere informal, fast paced, and collaborative with multiple internal teams, and the opportunity to make a difference while growing your capabilities.We're looking for someone who understands the interests and dreams of scientists and engineers building future technologiesWe want you to thrive on finding and hiring great STEM candidates and to love building a stronger organizationYou will also develop your skills as an HR generalist.Roles and responsibilitiesYou will report to the Director, Human Resources, playing a pivotal role in our growing businessYour initiative, insight, and deep understanding of the business will enable you to find top talentYou will partner with managers to understand their staffing needs and create and implement winning strategies to bring in diverse talent for complex technical roles and at all levels of the businessYou will also support our growth by developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures.Work with organizational leaders to create job descriptions and successfully search for high quality hires within assigned time objectives.Leverage multiple sourcing channels and tools, including our ATS, social media, employee networks, branding/marketing, and resume databases.Maintain effective candidate evaluation processes and assess hard and soft skills to fit positions and company culture.Handle employee orientation and onboarding processes.Develop strategic relationships with professors and other external sources.Prepare HR reports and metrics.Continuously interact with and support business leaders.RequirementsBachelors degree, preferably in STEM or HR.Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the scientific and engineering fields.Proven success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality scientists and engineers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.Technology skills including AI, Excel, and data analytics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization and time management skills.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates.Insight to identify and close high-potential candidates.Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.BenefitsWe also offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
