Requirements HS diploma required Hunter mentality with a can-do attitude Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields desirable Strong communication skills and customer focus Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early morning, night and weekend shifts Ability to lift, push or pull over 45 lbs Key Activities/Responsibilities Drive sales through engaging customers Use Namco's core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers' expectations Assist in the training of our seasonal sales personnel and help inspire them to create a fun and respectful environment Ensure proper resolution on all customer complaints and other opportunities Other Duties as assigned Job Types:
