Answering Phone Calls throughout the day.
Responding to Emails in a timely fashion.
Providing Quotes to Clients for Special Occasion and Group Events Making Reservations for Client Travel Needs Dispatching and Maintaining Reservations Worldwide.
Requirements Include:
Must be able to Multitask Must be a Team Player Must have Customer Service Skills Must be computer efficient.
Knowledge of Livery Coach Software preferred, but not required.
Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
